Eligibility for Refunds

• The item received is significantly different from the product description
• The item arrives damaged due to packaging or shipping issues
• The wrong item was delivered

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence where applicable.

Items must be unused and in original condition unless damage occurred during transit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty)
• Digital downloads or digital design files
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

Custom Order Cancellation Rules

Custom orders are created specifically based on customer requirements and preferences. As such:

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Cancellations requested before production begins may be eligible for partial refunds, depending on work already completed
• No refunds will be issued for completed custom orders unless there is a verified defect

Customers are encouraged to review all custom order details carefully before confirmation.

Processing Timelines

• Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the original payment method
• Customers will receive confirmation via email once processing begins

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise stated.
